CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

ELLICOTT - Ivan Robles, 48, of 425 Falconer St., Jamestown, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, speeding and unlicensed operation at 11:28 p.m. Saturday after he was pulled over on Route 394 near Dunham Avenue. He will be in court later.

BEMUS POINT - A 16-year-old Bemus Point girl was charged with petit larceny at 2:17 p.m. July 12 after allegedly stealing a lunch bag and cell phone from a co-worker at the Italian Fisherman. According to a police report, the girl was questioned and eventually returned the phone. She will be in Ellery Town Court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

GREAT VALLEY - James R. Nelms, 29, of 44 Orchard Meadows, Irving, was charged with second-degree harassment, endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing at 7 p.m. July 10 after a domestic incident at 3604 South Authority Road, Great Valley. Nelms was arraigned in Salamanca Town Court and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail on $500 bail. He will be in Great Valley Town Court later.

DAYTON - Jesse J. Trapasso of Tonawanda was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, failure to signal and inadequate brake lights after he was pulled over on Mosher Hollow Road in Dayton for not signaling a turn and having a broken taillight. He will be in Dayton Town Court later.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

Daniel Babyak, 39, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt at 11:30 p.m. Monday after police officers responded to a reported domestic incident and possible violation of an order of protection. According to a police report, Babyak showed up at a residence at 166 Baker St., violating an order of protection. Babyak left before officers arrived, but he was found a short distance away at another home. Babyak was charged and taken to the Jamestown City Jail until he can be arraigned.
