LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

Katina L. Devereaux, 38, of Russell, Pa., was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree obstructing governmental administration and resising arrest at 7:35 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, Devereaux tried to intervene while police officers were charging another person. When told she was under arrest, Devereaux began to struggle with officers and swore in a public area. She was arraigned and taken to the Chautauqua County Jail. Devereaux will be in court later.

CARROLL POLICE

FREWSBURG - Warren E. Dinkins, 49, of Jamestown, was charged with criminal possession of a hypodermic instrument at 9:45 p.m. Saturday after patrons at the Frewsburg Gala Days alerted officers. According to a police report, while at the Frewsburg Firemen Grounds, Dinkins was stopped, interviewed and charged after he was in possession of a hypodermic needle as well as assorted drug paraphernalia. Dinkins will be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

DUNKIRK -Walter Lanneaux, 29, of Westfield, was charged with driving while ability impaired, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration at 10:40 p.m. Saturday. Lanneaux will be in court later.

HANOVER - Brett Backers, 22, of Newfane, was charged with open container of alcoholic beverage at 7:30 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

PERRYSBURG - Brian K. Stevens, 35, of Gowanda, was charged with failure to keep right, no child seat for a child less than 8 years old, unlicensed operator and second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 9:30 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, Stevens was seen driving down the middle of the road in Versailles and was pulled over for failure to keep right. Deputies saw two young children in the back seat who were not in proper child restraints. Stevens will be in court later.

LITTLE VALLEY - Herbert E. John III, was charged with uninsured vehicle, no front license plate, unlicensed operator, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and suspended registration at 6:15 p.m. Friday. He will be in court later.

SALAMANCA - Justin D. Spiess, 26, of Limestone, was charged with third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation at 11:15 p.m. Thursday. According to a police report, Spiess was pulled over for crossing the center line and a license check showed his driver's license was suspended. He will be in court later.

SALAMANCA - Bryan Acosta-Polo, 25, of Salamanca was taken into custody on a warrant issued from the Cattaraugus County Family Court. He was arraigned and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He will be in court later.

EAST OTTO - Mark D. Dudley, 35, of Gowanda, was taken into custody on a bench warrant issued from East Otto Town Court after being released from the Erie County Holding Center. He was arraigned and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail. He will be in court later.
