Sunday School Accepting Children

The Christian & Missionary Alliance Church, corner of West Third Street and Lakin Avenue, Jamestown is hosting an iGo Green Super Summer Sunday School from 9:15 to 10:15 a.m. each Sunday in July and August for children in kindergarten through sixth grade. During this program, children will learn that taking care of the earth is a way to love God and to love others. Featured will be skits with Dr. Lime Green and Shaggy, participation in a weekly trivia game show, the study of God's word, learning from environmental experiments and making recycled crafts. Lake Seminar Series Continues

BEMUS POINT - The Lawson Boating Heritage Center will continue its Chautauqua Lake Seminar Series on Saturday and Sunday, July 21-22, with Ross Henton's woodworking seminar. Three three-session seminar will begin Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon and 1 to 4 p.m. before concluding from 9 a.m. to noon Sunday. The class is $25 for a single session, $40 for two sessions and $55 for three sessions. For more information or to register call 386-3355.

Panama Days Plans Yard Sales

PANAMA - Panama Community Days will be held July 27-28. Yard sales, a pie sale at Crouch's Garage and vendors at The Studio on Main will all be available. Please call Shelly Johnson, town clerk, at 782-4568 with questions or to be added to the yard sale map.

SEABEE Veterans Change Meeting

The Island X-11 Navy SEABEE veterans meeting date has changed to 6 p.m. Monday, July 23 in Davidson's Restaurant, 398 E. Fairmount Ave., Lakewood. Anyone with service records with United States Navy Construction Forces activity is welcome to attend along with their spouses or friend. Discussion will be on a new veterans park. Homecoming Event Today

CHERRY CREEK - A homecoming for Robin Giles, the newly elected VFW ladies auxiliary state president Jim Durkin, state commander, will be held today at 1 p.m. at the Pine Valley VFW 2522 in Cherry Creek.

City Concerts Continue

The City Summer Bandshell Concert series will feature the Jamestown Municipal Band, at 7 p.m., Wednesday. The free concert series is held at the Goranson Bandshell in Allen Park. As in previous years, members of the Allen Park Women's Club will continue in their tradition of providing coffee, fudge and other baked goods during all of the concerts. All concerts are free to the public and everyone is urged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets or park their vehicles close by and listen to the music from the comfort of their car.

Falconer Class Of 1961 To Gather

FALCONER - The Falconer Central School Class of 1961 will have an informal get together on Wednesday at the Vikings on the Lake from 5 to 8 p.m. The class is also inviting the 1960 and 1962 classes to join them. For information and to register, call Pat Carr at 665-4343.
