JAMESTOWN POLICE
James J. Phillips, 22, of Babylon was charged with improper left turn on a one-way road, DWI and driving with a BAC of .08 percent or more at 2:16 a.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, after being observed making an improper turn onto Prendergast Avenue from East Second Street, a vehicle being operated by Phillips was stopped. He was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody. He will be arraigned in the Jamestown City Court.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
LAKEWOOD - Patricia M. Raynor, 26, of Jamestown was charged with petit larceny at 8:55 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, Raynor was observed by a Wal-Mart store employee hiding several clothing items in her purse and then attempting to leave the store without paying for those items. She was detained by store personnel until officers arrived. She was issued an appearance ticket and will be in court at a later date.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Keyla M. Coccarelli, 18, and Hannah J. Eisenbaum, 18, both of East Aurora, were each charged with petit larceny on Monday. According to a police report, officers were sent to Wegmans in West Ellicott for two female shoplifters that stole grocery store items. The subjects were issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
NEW ALBION - Andrea C. McGlew, 46, of Cattaraugus, was charged with DWI, aggravated DWI, failure to keep right, failure to use designated lane and unreasonable speed/special hazards at 8:16 p.m. Monday. According to a police report, McGlew was traveling west on Leon Road when the vehicle she was driving struck an amish buggy. No one was injured in the collision. McGlew will appear in court at a later date to answer the charges.
COLDSPRING - Kyle C. Burch, 25, of Frewsburg, was charged with DWI, DWI over .08 percent failure to keep right and speed over 55 mph at 8:04 p.m. Thursday. He was processed and released on appearance tickets to be in court at a later date.
SALAMANCA - Lecory D. Jacobs, 23, of Salamanca was charged with a violation of the family court act. He was taken to the town of Salamanca Court for arraignment and remanded to the Cattaraugus County jail in lieu of $500 bail. He will be back in court at a later date.
RANDOLPH - Rick L. Bachmann, 53, of Randolph was charged with DWI, DWI over .08 percent, failure to use four-way flashers and no headlamps at 11:39 p.m. Sunday. He was processed and released on uniform traffic tickets and is due back in court at a later date.
OLEAN - Chad M. Hicks, 30, of North Birmingham, Pa. was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny at 9:15 a.m. on June 28 following an investigation into improper use of a business gas card. He was taken into custody without incident and arraigned. He was released on his own recognizance.

CHERRY CREEK - Frank N. Cartalano, 56, of Cherry Creek was charged with unlawfully growing cannabis at 7:25 p.m. Monday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
SHERMAN - Christopher A. Perry, 26, of Forestville was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5 p.m. Thursday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
SHERMAN - Jonathon K. Jaszczak, 19, of Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5 p.m. Thursday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
SHERMAN - Bryan M. Davis, 24, of Ithaca was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:37 p.m. Friday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
SHERMAN - Mark J. Miller, 26, of Pittsburgh, Pa. was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:39 p.m. Friday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
SHERMAN - Robert T. Eliason, 20, of Erie, Pa. was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 4:06 p.m. Friday. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
POMFRET - Thomas J. Dascenzo, 53, of Fredonia was charged with second-degree harassment at 7:45 p.m. on July 1. He was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
