Brenda and Richard Wills Jr. of Sinclairville, N.Y. announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Deck to Todd Winton Jr., the son of Todd Winton Sr. of Sinclairville, N.Y.
Miss Deck attended Brocton Central School. Her fiance is a 2001 graduate of Cassadaga Valley, and is employed with Wall Street Dairy LLC.
A September 2012 wedding is planned.
