LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Jennifer A. Fluent Dahlbeck, 29, of Jamestown, was charged with two counts of obstructing governmental administration at 11:10 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers were conducting an investigation at 2765 Mitchell Road. They were attempting to speak to an individual when she refused to move out of the way. She was told to move and when a New York State Trooper attempted to move her, she slapped his hand away. She was charged and taken to the Lakewood-Busti Police Department for processing. Dahlbeck refused to answer any questions for arrest paperwork. She was then taken to the Chautauqua County Jail with a bail of $1,000 cash or $2,000 property.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
HANOVER - Jamie N. Bellfy, 24, of Silver Creek, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, DWI and DWI per se with a blood-alcohol content of .08 or higher at 1:12 a.m. Monday. Bellfy will be in court later.
HANOVER - Charles V. Pierce III, 40, of Cheektowaga, was charged with DWI and failure to yield the right of way at 4:57 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, deputies responded to a reported car accident that resulted in extensive damage to one of the vehicles. There were no serious injuries. Pierce will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
ELLICOTT - Antonio L. Rivera, 24, of Dunkirk was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1 a.m. on June 24. Rivera will be in court later.
HANOVER - Craig V. Smolkovich, 37, of Hamburg was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 2:55 p.m. Sunday. Smolkovich will be in court later.
ELLERY - Christoph T. William, 42, of Highlands, N.J., was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 5:30 p.m. Saturday. Williams will be in court later.
