LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE

BUSTI - Albert D. Pognant, 24, of Jamestown, was charged with failure to keep right, failure to maintain lane, unlicensed driver, obstruction of governmental administration and second-degree criminal contempt at 6:42 p.m. Saturday. Additionally, Nicole L. Crawford, 31, of Jamestown, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana and Tristen E. Martin, 20, of Jamestown, was charged with obstruction of governmental administration. Pognant was taken to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $300 cash bail. Martin and Crawford will both be in court later.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

WESTFIELD - Kelly A. Blakeslee, 22, of Jamestown, was charged with petit larceny and seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance of 4:43 p.m. Saturday. According to a police report, deputies responded to the Dollar General Store in Westfield for a reported larceny. Blakeslee allegedly had stolen merchandise from the store and had the perchandise in her possession. She also had a baggie containing two white pills that were identified as a controlled substance obtainable by prescription only. She will be in court later.

HANOVER - William M. Davison, 19, of Hamburg, was charged with failure to stop at a stop sign, DWI and DWI per se with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 4:47 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

HANOVER - Vincent L. Quinn, 28, of Forestville, was charged with crossing the center line, DWI and DWI per se with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or higher at 2:10 a.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

HANOVER - Kenneth J. Dillon, 26, of Ransomville, was charged with open container in a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator, DWI, aggravated DWI per se and unlawful possession of marijuana at 4 p.m. Sunday. He will be in court later.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

HANOVER - Angel G. Martinez, 26, of Buffalo, was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at 1:33 p.m. Saturday. He will be in court later.
