Janinne Fiegl Dugan, Lake Shore Savings Bank human resources manager, was awarded a certificate of completion on April 19 at the 12th annual Human Resource Management School presented by the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
The Human Resource Management School provides the foundation for new or veteran human resource professionals to tie together important issues in human resource management with a bottom-line understanding of the business of banking.
Designed specifically for financial services human resources professionals, the program helps to expand knowledge of the banking industry and human resource management, improve employee performance and establish a network of colleagues with whom to interact and exchange ideas. The HR Management School provides an opportunity for students to learn from respected industry experts about key issues in human resource management.
