Pleas & Sentences

MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court before the Hon. John T. Ward:

Larry L. Hicks, 32, of 51 W. 10th St., Jamestown, was sentenced to one year in jail, time served and a six-month driver's revocation for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Antonio A. Sanders, 23, of 245 Fulton St., upper apartment, Jamestown, was sentenced to one year in jail and time served for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.

Michael J. May, 43, of 719 E. Second St., Jamestown, was sentenced to 90 days in jail, restitution, a three-year conditional discharge with ignition interlock and six-month license revocation for misdemeanor DWI and two counts of third-degree criminal mischief.

Alex C. Peru, 20, of 172 Lakin Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to four months weekends in jail and five years probation for third-degree burglary.

Laura L. Lange, 31, of 4926 Brown Road, Conewango Valley, was sentenced to five years probation and restitution for fourth-degree grand larceny.

George F. Guild, 22, of 18 Birch St., Kennedy, was sentenced to three years probation for his guilty plea to petit larceny.

Dale Harmon, 56, of 50 Metcalf Ave., Celoron, was sentenced to three years probation for endangering the welfare of a child.
