Celoron To Host Concert
CELORON - The Village of Celoron Summer Concert Series will feature ''The Untouchables," Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at the Desi Arnaz Bandshell in Lucille Ball Memorial Park. In case of rain, concerts will be in Community Center.
Outdoor Club To Ride Bikes
FREWSBURG - On Thursday, the Allegheny Outdoor Club will ride bikes in the Frewsburg/Homestead Park area. Participants will meet beside Tops Market in Frewsburg at 5:30 p.m. For more information, call Pat Spicer at 814-757-8331 between 9 and 11 p.m. Dogs are not permitted on the club's rides.
Art Show Space Requests Due
FALCONER - The village of Falconer is hosting an art show in Davis Park on Saturday, Aug. 18. The village is still looking for participants to display their talents in all mediums. There is no charge to participate. Applications for space need to be submitted by July 1. For more information or an application, call Jeri at 665-3891. The art show is sponsored by the Falconer's Eye to the Future Committee.
Municipal Band To Play At Bandshell
The City Summer Bandshell Concert series will feature the Jamestown Municipal Band, at 7 p.m., Wednesday. The free concert series is held at the Goranson Bandshell in Allen Park. As in previous years, members of the Allen Park Women's Club will continue in their tradition of providing coffee, fudge and other baked goods during all of the concerts. All concerts are free to the public and everyone is urged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets or park their vehicles close by and listen to the music from the comfort of their car.
Library To Begin Summer Program
BEMUS POINT - The "Dream Big ... Read" summer program will be held at the Bemus Point Library from Wednesday through Aug. 22 for children in pre-school through sixth grades. Registration is at 11 a.m. Wednesday, for pre-schoolers and from 4 to 5 p.m. Wednesday for children in first through sixth grades. For more information, call 386-2274.
Soil, Water Board To Meet
The Chautauqua County Soil and Water Conservation District board will meet at 8:30 a.m. Thursday in the Frank W. Bratt Agricultural Center, 3542 Turner Road, Jamestown. The public is welcome to attend.

The James Prendergast Library Board of Trustees will meet at 6:30 p.m. Thursday in the Fireplace Room of the Prendergast Library, 509 Cherry St., Jamestown. The public is welcome to attend.
Thule Lodge Sets Monthly Meeting
BEMUS POINT - Members of the Thule Lodge will hold the monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Thursday at the lodge, 4123 Pancake Hill Road. Following the meeting, refreshments will be served. All members are welcome to attend.
