Randy and Becky Bloomquist of Jamestown, N.Y. celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary on June 17, 2012, with a family barbecue at the home of their son and daughter-in-law, Jamie and Jillian Bloomquist. The celebration was hosted by their children: Matthew and Gina Bloomquist, Jamie and Jillian Bloomquist, and Shannon and Chris Baglia, all of Jamestown, N.Y. They also have seven grandchildren: Alexa, Aric, Cole, Grayson and Drew Bloomquist, and Bryce and Ellyson Baglia.
Bloomquist and the former Becky Johnson were married June 17, 1972, in the First Lutheran Church in Jamestown, N.Y. Pastor Westerberg performed the ceremony.
Bloomquist is retired from Lakeshore Paving. Mrs. Bloomquist is employed by Dr. Chris Francese's office. They are members of the Vikings.
