STOW - A family-owned and operated business providing an enjoyable dining experience has opened in Stow.
The Hadley House, located at 3328 Hadley Bay Road, Stow, is a new seasonal business open seven days a week from 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. Connie Carlson, The Hadley House owner, said they will offer breakfast, lunch, dinner and a late-night menu, which features freshly made pizzas. Breakfast items will be served from 7 a.m. until 3 p.m., lunch specialties will be served from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and dinner entrees and pizzas will be served from 4 to 10 p.m.
Mrs. Carlson said the chefs take great pride in preparation and purchasing quality products to prepare reasonably priced meals. Bill Brockway is the kitchen manager in charge of breakfast and lunch, executive chefs Erik Alicea and Scott Johnson prepare the entrees and pasta dishes and Ben Beckwith makes homemade, freshly prepared pastries, bread and pizza.

''They're all very talented,'' Mrs. Carlson said. ''We are all about quality and consistency.''
Mrs. Carlson said she grew up in Stow, but now resides in Fort Myers Beach, Fla. Last year, she was visiting Stow and noticed the empty building that is now The Hadley House. From there, she started the process of preparing to open the food and spirits establishment.
''I knew about the building and I though the place was beautiful,'' she said. ''I've been open four weeks now and I can't wait for people to see what we've created.''
The business has a large outside deck with dining and picnic tables. The outside deck also has a fire pit area for people to sit by while enjoy an adult beverage. On the weekends, there will be live music with scheduled performers listed on The Hadley House's Facebook page.
