JAMESTOWN POLICE
Nancy R. Jewell, 34, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree harassment and fourth-degree criminal mischief at 7:35 p.m. Sunday. According to a police report, officers responded to 16 Price St. for an argument between neighbors. A woman told officers that Jewell had threatened her and damaged her property. Jewell charged and will be in court later.
LAKEWOOD-BUSTI POLICE
Lucas A. Smyczek, 24, of Jamestown was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property Monday. According to a police report, Smyczek was charged after a warrant was issued after a May 26 incident where he and two other people were pulled over on East Summit Avenue in Lakewood in a stolen vehicle. He will be in court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE
Brandon M. Moriarty, 21, of Jamestown was charged with violation of probation and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on Friday. According to a police report, he allegedly broke numerous conditions of his probation. He will be in court later.
Mitchell A. Durnell, 42, of Jamestown was charged with one count of issuing a bad check on May 16. He will be in court later.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
RANDOLPH - A 17-year-old male and an 18-year-old male, both residents of the Randolph Children's Home, were charged with third-degree assault at 11:45 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, deputies were called to the home for an assault complaint. Both youth were taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $200 bail. Both will be in court later.
LITTLE VALLEY - An 18-year-old male from Little Valley was charged with underage possession of alcohol at 11:30 p.m. June 1. According to a police report, the youth was involved in an incident on Route 353 in Little Valley and was found to be drunk. He will be in court later.
OLEAN - Jonathan E. Fye, 21, of Olean was charged with petit larceny and aggravated harassment at 7 p.m. June 3. He was taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $500 bail and will be in court later.
RANDOLPH - Tracy S. King, 51, of Randolph and Nancy J. Filegar, 43, of Randolph were both charged with solid waste dumping at 7:30 p.m. June 4. Both were issued appearance tickets and will be in court later.
LITTLE VALLEY - Brian P. Blasdell, 26, of Little Valley was charged with third-degree unlawfully fleeing a police officer, reckless driving, second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and various other vehicle and traffic infractions at 5:40 June 3. The charges stemmed from a pursuit that occurred May 13. He was released on his own recognizance and will be in court later.
NAPOLI - Dale R. Wagatha Jr., 29, of Little Valley was charged with third-degree assault at 9 p.m. Wednesday. According to a police report, the charge stemmed from an incident that occurred May 29. He was arraigned and will be in court later.
LEON - Herbert E. John, 25, of Killbuck was charged with second-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, suspended registration, unlicensed operation, uninsured vehicle and speed in zone after he was pulled over on Mosher Hollow in Leon. He was arraigned and taken to the Cattaraugus County Jail in lieu of $250 bail. He will be in court later.
RANDOLPH - Christopher A. Parker, 26, of Wattsburg, Pa. was charged with second-degree obstructing governmental administration, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation and unlawful possession of marijuana at 12:21 a.m. May 26, following an investigation into a suspicious vehicle on Main Street Extension in the town of Randolph. He will be in court later.
NEW YORK STATE POLICE
WESTFIELD - Courtney M. Perdue, 24, of Mayville was charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property at 5:10 p.m. Sunday. She will be in court later.
