CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT

HARMONY - Brian K. Maloy, 49, of Panama was charged with driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and moving from lane unsafely after a motorcycle accident Friday at 10:24 p.m. Sheriff's patrol received a report of a crash with injury on Hoag Road in the town of Harmony. Upon investigation it was determined that Maloy was operating his motorcycle southbound on Hoag Road when he lost control and crashed. Maloy was ejected and suffered minor injuries. He was treated at the scene and taken to WCA Hospital by Panama volunteer firefighters. Following an investigation he was charged. Maloy will appear in Harmony Town Court at a later date. The Bear Lake Fire Department and Lakewood-Busti Police Department assisted at the scene.

STOCKTON - Todd L. Dellahoy, 40, of 8066 Route 60, Cassadaga, was charged with petit larceny at 9:30 p.m. Friday. The sheriff's department received a call saying a man was stealing objects from a Chautauqua County Highway Department worksite on Route 380 in Stockton. Following an investigation, Dellahoy was charged. He was arraigned in the Town of Stockton Court and released.

JAMESTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT

Neil M. MacNeil, 54 of Jamestown was charged with moving from lane unsafely refusal to take a breath test and driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop Saturday at 1:52 a.m. Officers observed a vehicle moving unsafely on East Second Street near Niagara Avenue. The vehicle was stopped, MacNeil was determined to be the operator and he was charged. He will be arraigned in Jamesotwn City Court. New York State Troopers assisted on the scene.
