CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE
DUNKIRK - Dalton J. Harris, 25 of Las Vegas, Nev., was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest at midnight Wednesday. Deputies and the Fredonia and Dunkirk Police responded to a male in Applebee's, 3908 vinyard Drive, Dunkirk, refusing to leave the premises and being belligerent with staff. Upon arrival, Dalton J. Harris became disorderly with officers and had to be psychically restrained. He was arraigned in the town of Dunkirk court and committed to the Chautauqua County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.

SUGAR GROVE - A 16-year-old male was charged with fleeing and eluding police, and resisting arrest after an incident that ended on Turnpike Cemetery Road on Sunday at 2:43 a.m. Troopers attempted to stop a motorcycle for a registration violation. The operator fled on Pleasant Street and School Street before driving onto private property at Sugar Grove Elementary School. Troopers located the motorcycle again on Cross Road and Stillwater Road before apprehending the operator on Turnpike Cemetery Road when he attempted to turn into a field and became stuck in a ditch.
SCANDIA - Kyle Michael Reynolds, 20, of Warren, Pa., was charged with aggravated assault, terroristic threats, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and harassment following an incident on May 25. An investigation revealed that the victim was assaulted with a weapon on Coal Bed Road. The victim sustained numerous injuries including 11 stitches to his head. Reynolds was arraigned and committed to Warren County Jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
