MAYVILLE -David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court.
Timothy Watson, 51, of 23 Lovall St., Jamestown, was sentenced to three years in state prison with two years post-release supervision for third-degree attempted criminal sale of a controlled substance.
John R. Ferguson, 34, of 102 Sea Lion Drive, Mayville, was sentenced to 1 to three years in state prison for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
Gregory P. White, 34, of 9383 Ravlin Hill Road, Clymer, was sentenced to one year intermittent incarceration, a $5,000 fine and a one-year driver's license revocation for felony DWI.
Lynn M. Chapple, 44, of 5040 W. Lake Road, Dunkirk, was sentenced to five months in jail and five years probation for third-degree attempted burglary.
Tyler A. Getman, 23, of 57 Whispering Lane South, Hamburg, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation for fourth-degree grand larceny.
Elizabeth A. Marlett, 28, of 9 Winsor St., upper apartment, Jamestown, was sentenced to six months in jail and five years probation for third-degree criminal possession of stolen property.
James J. Wujastyk, 59, of 5874 First St., Little Valley, was sentenced to five years probation, a $2,000 fine and 60 months ignition interlock system for his guilty plea to felony DWI.
Shawn A. Cavender, 42, of 3254 Smith Road, Cassadaga, was sentenced to one year in jail for first-degree criminal contempt.
