JAMESTOWN POLICE

Samuel T. Stigger, 45, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation at 5:22 p.m. Thursday. According a police report, officers pulled over a vehicle on Falconer Street after the front seat passenger was seen not wearing a seat belt. According to police, the driver gave officers a false name to hide a felony arrest warrant from Westchester County. Stigger was taken to the Jamestown City Jail pending arraignment.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

STOCKTON - Gerald R. Haley, 47, of Sinclairville was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent at 8:44 p.m. Saturday. Haley was released to a third party.

POMFRET - Joseph J. Bratek, 46, of Orchard Park was charged with no/insufficient tail lamps, crossing the road hazard markings, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent. Bratek was released to a third party.
