MAYVILLE - David W. Foley, Chautauqua County district attorney, announced the following pleas and sentences in Chautauqua County Court:
Leonel Olivencia, 32, of 28 Euclid Ave., Jamestown, was sentenced to five years in state prison with five years post-release supervision for second-degree burglary.
Andrew Simko, 37, of 6287 Magnolia-Stedman Road, Mayville, was sentenced to four months of weekends in the county jail and 10 years probation for second-degree attempted criminal sex act.
Crystal D. Barrett, 36, of 207 Central Ave., Silver Creek, sentenced to one year in jail for felony DWI.
