LITTLE VALLEY - Lori Petit Rieman, Cattaraugus County District Attorney, reported the following activity in Cattaraugus County Court on Monday, May 21:

Nathan Clester, 23, presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, was sentenced to a determinate term of nine years incarceration with the NYS Department of Corrections for his convictions of second-degree burglary and second-degree robbery. Additionally, once he is released from prison, he will be subject to a term of two-and-one-half years of post-release supervision.

Daniel A. Andavaso, 30, presently incarcerated in the Cattaraugus County Jail, waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by superior court information to one count of third-degree burglary. Additionally, he admitted violating the terms and conditions of a previously imposed sentence of probation. Sentencing for both matters is set for Aug. 13.

Codey A. Tingue, 27, of Delevan was sentenced to two terms of one-year incarceration in the Cattaraugus County Jail for his convictions of driving while ability impaired by drugs and fourth-degree criminal mischief. These two terms will be served concurrently.

Lisa M. Wisniewski, 41, presently incarcerated in the Erie County Holding Center, was sentenced as a second felony offender to a term of incarceration having a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years with the NYS Department of Corrections for her convictions of fourth-degree grand larceny and first-degree attempted identity theft.

Douglas Reed, 28, of Great Valley, was sentenced as a second felony offender to a term of incarceration having a minimum of two years and a maximum of four years with the NYS Department of Corrections, restitution and assessed a mandatory state surcharge for his conviction of third-degree attempted burglary.

Mark R. Swanson, 54, of Allegany was sentenced to a term of five years probation to include 50 hours of community service, a $2,000 fine, his driver's license was revoked and he was assessed a mandatory state surcharge for his conviction of driving while intoxicated.

Matthew L. Grimes, 18, of Franklinville waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by superior court information to one count of third-degree attempted burglary. He will be sentenced on Aug. 13.

Karen E. Redeye, 45, of Salamanca waived prosecution by indictment and entered a plea of guilty by superior court information to driving while intoxicated. She will be sentenced on Aug. 13.

Jeff A. Bellamy Jr., 36, of Buffalo was sentenced to a determinate two-year term of incarceration with the NYS Department of Corrections for his convictions of fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and resisting arrest. Additionally, he will be subject to a one-year term of post-release supervision once he is released from prison.

Travis J. Penrod, 36, of Hinsdale was sentenced to a term of five years probation to include 50 hours of community service, a $2,000 fine, his driver's license was revoked and he was assessed a mandatory state surcharge for his conviction of aggravated driving while intoxicated.

Shawn B. Dunn, 54, of Depew was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger, two counts of driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely. This matter has been adjourned 45 days for motions.

Charles J. Faison Jr., 28, of Jamestown was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated and parked on pavement. This matter was adjourned 45 days for motions.

Richard P. Hirliman, 41, of Allegany was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with driving while intoxicated and disobey a stop sign. This matter was adjourned 45 days for motions.

Julian E. Matte, 53, of Gowanda was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County grand jury which charged him with two counts of driving while intoxicated and moving from lane unsafely. This matter was adjourned 45 days for motions.

Trisha A. Hammond, 29, of Olean was arraigned and entered a plea of not guilty in connection to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County Grand Jury which charged her with third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance. This matter was adjourned 45 days for motions.

Tashana R. Gayton, 31, of Olean and Audrey O. Gayton, 63, of Olean were arraigned and each entered a plea of not guilty in connection to an indictment handed up by a Cattaraugus County Grand Jury which charged them with third-degree insurance fraud, third-degree attempted grand larceny and making a false written statement. This matter was adjourned for 45 days for motions.

Beckey K. Livingston, 41, of Hinsdale was arraigned and entered a plea of guilty to first-degree offering a false instrument for filing to satisfy a pending indictment. She will be sentenced on Aug. 13.
