SHERMAN TOWN COURT

SHERMAN - A second-degree harassment charge against Julie A. Waite, 42, of Sherman filed April 2 was dismissed on May 8 in Sherman Town Court.

JAMESTOWN POLICE

Lamar M. Spencer, 29, was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and an outstanding warrant from the City of Jamestown at 6:03 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, officers observed a vehicle traveling south on Foote Avenue crossing the yellow center line. Upon investigation, officers were able to determine that Spencer was the driver. He was transported to the city jail and is awaiting arraignment.

Gloria E. Cartner, 25, of Jamestown and Craig A. Vicario, 33, of Jamestown were both charged with endangering the welfare of a child at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday. According to a police report, a 3-year-old child was walking down the middle of Baker Street unsupervised. After a search of the area, the child's mother, Cartner, and her live-in boyfriend, Vicario, were found asleep inside their apartment. They will both appear in court later.

ELLICOTT POLICE

FALCONER - Keith J. Seice, 25, of Jamestown was charged with second-degree criminal contempt on Tuesday. According to a police report, officers were called to 2614 S. Work Street for an unwanted subject. When they arrived, they found Seice at the home and further investigation found that there was and order of protection for him to stay away from the house and the victim living there. He was remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail on $1,000/$2,000 bail and will be in court at a later date.

CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

HANOVER - Joseph Christ, 20, of Angola was charged with speed in zone and unlawful possession of marijuana at 10:08 p.m. Monday. He was issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.

CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE

BATAVIA - Eric A. Ion, 39, of Batavia was picked up from the custody of the Genesee County Sheriff's Office on an arrest warrant stemming from a violation of probation at 1:27 a.m. Wednesday. He was brought directly to the Cattaraugus County jail and is scheduled to appear in court at a later date.

LITTLE VALLEY - Dale F. Harvey, 50, of South Dayton was charged with failure to stop for a stop sign, felony DWI and felony DWI with a BAC of .08 or greater at 4 p.m. Friday. According to a police report, these charges were the result of a routine traffic stop. He was issued appearance tickets and will be in court at a later date.

NEW YORK STATE POLICE

CARROLL - A 17-year-old male and a 16-year-old female were both charged for second-degree burglary around 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. Both subjects were released to third parties and will be in court later to address the charges.

ELLICOTT - Alisha P. Zuck, 23, of Falconer was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of .08 or greater and driving while intoxicated at 1:48 p.m. Wednesday. She was issued appearance tickets and will be back in court at a later date.

ELLICOTT - Shawn A. Sobczak, 24, of Lakewood was charged with second-degree criminal impersonation, seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle while ability impaired by drugs at 6:40 p.m. Tuesday. He is currently being held in police custody and will be in court later.

HANOVER - Autumn L. Baker, 19, of Silver Creek was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of marijuana at 3:50 p.m. Tuesday. She was issued an appearance ticket for the charge and will be in court at a later date.
