Charlotte Triscari of Jamestown, N.Y., and John Haluska of Frewsburg, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Julia Twichel, to Steven Glatt, the son of Mary Glatt of Ashville, N.Y.
Miss Twichel is a 1986 graduate of Jamestown High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in business management in 2011 from Houghton College. She is employed as a sales rep for The Basket Company. Her fiance is a 1996 graduate of Chautauqua Central School and earned an associate of science in mechanical technology from Jamestown Community College in 1998. He is employed as a foreman for Northland Contracting.
An August 2012 wedding is planned in Las Vegas.
