Robert and Vicki Rauh of Ashville, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth ''Libbi'' to Jon Martin, the son of Kevin and Vicki Martin of Sinclairville, N.Y.
Miss Rauh is a 2008 graduate of Panama Central School and is pursuing a degree in accounting at the State University of Fredonia. She is employed by Kingsview Enterprises & H.H. Rauh. Her fiance is a 2006 graduate of Cassadaga Valley Central School. He is a co-owner of Pavlock & Sons Construction.
An August 2012 wedding is planned.
