North Harmony Senior Citizens will hold an auction at the May 21 meeting, and members attending should bring items to be auctioned off. Izetta Ayling, Pat Baker, June Seiberg, Myrtle Skiba and Edna Brown will be the dinner committee. Joyce Warner will supply the birthday cake.
Fifty-three members attended a recent tureen dinner. Marty and Al LaFredo, Juanita and Paul Holthouse, Barb Price, and Phyllis Huling were the dinner committee. Mrs. LaFredo provided the birthday cake for Rita Lescynski, Ms. Huling, Josephine Spas and Glenn Pratt.
New members Jim and Carress Busch were welcomed.
Gordy Saulsgiver led in prayer and the flag salute was led by Steve Saulsgiver. Reports given by Joyce Warner, secretary, and Anita Ferry, treasurer, were approved as read. Other reports were given by committee chairmen.
Discussion was on future events; a monetary gift to be made to the Ashville Fire Department and activities for Stow Day on Saturday, July 14.
The meeting closed with prayer.
