Robert A. and Ann Kroon Sr. of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Nic-L-Inn in Frewsburg. They are the parents of Jeff (Kelly) Kroon of Jamestown, N.Y.; Bob (Jo-El) Kroon Jr. of Secaucus, N.J.; Sally Kroon of Myrtle Beach, S.C.; and John Kroon of Oklahoma City, Okla. They are also the grandparents of Bryan (Courtney) Kroon and Krista Kroon, all of Buffalo.
Kroon and the former Ann Davison were married April 26, 1952, in the United Methodist Church in Mayville. The Rev. John Fetzer performed the ceremony.
Kroon retired from Rockman's Market, Jamestown Metal Products and Lake County Dodge. Mrs. Kroon retired from Empire State Mutual Life Insurance and the Jamestown Police Department. They are members of Camp Street United Methodist Church, Jamestown, N.Y.
