Miss Layman is the daughter of Robert and Patricia Layman of Dunkirk, N.Y. Her fiance is the son of Dominick (Debbie) Schrantz of Dunkirk, N.Y., and Tracey Smith of Dunkirk, N.Y.
Miss Layman is a graduate of Forestville Central and Alfred State College. She is the employed as relationship manager at KeyBank in Westfield, N.Y. Her fiance is a graduate of Dunkirk High School and is employed by the OBSERVER in Dunkirk.
