Lindsay Weber is in the business of capturing people's memories.
As the owner of Nelsen Photography, Ms. Weber said she is dedicated to capturing special moments in people's lives, no matter how big or small.
''I shoot weddings, engagement photos, baby photos, family portraits, sporting events. Whatever the customer needs,'' she said. ''I have a portable photo studio, so I can bring the lights and backgrounds to them, which makes the setting more convenient.''

Ms. Weber said she once worked at a studio in a public place, which was distracting when taking photographs, especially of children.
''It is much better with the portable studio. It allows me to take parents and their child to a place like a playground,'' she said. ''There it is the best of both worlds. The kid gets to have fun playing and you get to take their photo. At a playground, they're not worried about having their photo taken. They just want to play.''
Ms. Weber said photography has always been a passion of hers. She started shooting professionally in 2006.
''I love capturing people's memories,'' she said. ''I'm really into genealogy, and seeing the old photographs. It is great looking at old photos and seeing how they preserve people's memories.''
Ms. Weber said she works in the Jamestown area and in northwestern Pennsylvania.
''The customer receives my undivided attention and their opinions and wishes are greatly respected. You will get personal service. You will not be rushed like in a department store. Your comfort is a priority to me,'' she said. ''I do 'on-location' which means you get the freedom of choosing your background and studio photography. My studio is completely portable, so I can bring it to you.''
