School To Present 'The Music Man'
Washington Middle School will present "The Music Man" at 7 p.m. Thursday and Friday, March 15 and March 16, in the school auditorium. The abridged version of the show is about an hour long, but includes all of the classic songs such as "Ya Got Trouble," "Iowa Stubborn," and "Seventy-Six Trombones." The cast includes students from all four grades at the school. Tickets at the door will cost $2.
SWCS Board To Meet Tuesday
The Southwestern Central School Board of Education will hold a special meeting at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the middle school cafeteria. The public is welcome to attend.
JCC To Host Health Care Night
Jamestown Community College will host a health care career and education fair from 1 to 2:30 p.m. Friday, March 30, in the Physical Education Complex. Health care employers and representatives of four-year colleges have been invited to provide information on health care career and educational opportunities. Visitors should bring several copies of their resume and dress appropriately since they will meet with potential employers.
