Leo A. and Isabelle Wilcox of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 65th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at the Jackson Center. The celebration was hosted by their daughters and sons-in-law: Terri and Russ Cusimano, Maureen and Jeff Dimas, Elizabeth Chase, Nannette Sorenson and Micky Sorenson. They also have eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
Wilcox and the former Isabelle McEwan were married Jan. 11, 1947, in Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church. Monsignor Tobin performed the ceremony.
Wilcox owned and operated Nationwide Insurance Agency in Jamestown, N.Y. They are members of Ss. Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, the Thule Lodge, the Viking Lodge, American Legion, Veterans of Foreign Wars, the 8th Air Force Association and the 398th Bomb Group Association.
