Jamestown Community College's Jamestown Campus will offer a non-credit advanced supervisory training series on Fridays, Feb. 24 through April 27.
Led by experienced supervisors from various employment sectors, the sessions examine timely topics for current, new, and prospective supervisors.
Topics include: Supervisor's Goal Setting, 9 a.m. to noon, Feb. 24 ($73 tuition); Building High Performance Teams, 9 a.m. to noon, March 2 ($73); Memos, Meetings and More, 9-11 a.m., March 9 ($59); Writing Performance Reviews Part I, 9-11 a.m. ($59); Writing Performance Reviews Part II, 9-11 a.m. ($59); Conflict Resolution, 9 a.m.-noon, April 20 ($73); Navigating Change Management, 9 a.m.-noon, April 27 ($73).
