Lorrie Bush announces the engagement of her daughter, Chelsea Elise, to Scott Walter Brown, the son of Douglas and Lisa Masters of Manlius, N.Y., and Walter and Joan Brown of Tampa, Fla. Miss Bush is also the daughter of the late Dennis Bush.
Miss Bush is a 2003 graduate of Jamestown High School and earned her Bachelor of Arts in economics from Ithaca College in 2006. Her fiance is a 2003 graduate of Fayetteville-Manlius High School and a 2008 graduate of Ithaca College with a Master of Science in health education.
A September 2012 wedding is planned in Mayville, N.Y.
