David and Terri Garbart of Frewsburg announce the engagement of their daughter, Renae, to Ryan Thayer, the son of Richard and Sandra Thayer of Ashville, N.Y.
Miss Garbart is a graduate of Frewsburg High School and is employed by Jamestown Savings Bank. Her fiance is a graduate of Chautauqua Lake High School. He is self-employed with ATM Futures.
A Dec. 1, 2012, wedding is planned.
