Dr. William Smith and Dr. Mary Ocwieja of Rice Lake, Wis., announce the engagement of their daughter, Hannah Smith, to Devin Raynor, the son of Debra Raynor of Bemus Point, N.Y., and the late Daniel H. Raynor.
Miss Smith is a graduate of Rice Lake High School and Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. She is pursuing a degree at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health. Her fiance is a graduate of Maple Grove High School and Allegheny College in Meadville, Pa. He is serving with the Army National Guard.
