Norm and Lena Dix celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Nov. 17, 2011, in Forestville, N.Y. They are the parents of four children: Suzanne (Ronald) Kalico of Hawaii, James (Rebecca) Dix of Forestville, Robert (Lynette) Dix of Portland, and Jennifer (James) Cruver of Vermont. They also have eight grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Out-of-state guests attended fom Georgia and Texas.
Dix and the former Lena Meadows were married Nov. 17, 1951, in the Forestville Methodist Church. The Rev. David Mack performed the ceremony.
