Brian and Susan Mlacker of Jamestown, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Heather Lynn, to Justin Robert Conti, the son of Laurie and Thomas Fenton and Robert Conti, all of Frewsburg, N.Y.
Miss Mlacker is a graduate of Jamestown Community College and the State University at Fredonia. She is employed by Frewsburg Central Schools and Chautauqua Lake Child Care Center. Her fiance is a graduate of Jamestown Community College with a degree in criminal justice and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Academy. He is employed by Chautauqua County.
An Oct. 6, 2012, wedding is planned.
