November 6, 2011
The Post-Journal

Michael Bond has been added as a sales and marketing consultant at Patient's Pharmacy, according to Don Nash, Patient's Pharmacy chief executive officer.

Bond has more than 25 years of medical sales and marketing experience. He will be responsible for the Western New York and Northwestern Pennsylvania territory. He brings to Patient's Pharmacy a level of professionalism, unsurpassed ethics and exceptional customer service, Nash said.

Patient's Pharmacy was established in 2008 and is the only ''closed'' pharmacy in the Jamestown area that sells customized packaging of medication to skilled nursing homes, assisted-living centers and group homes. In addition, Patient's Pharmacy is exploring its entrance into the durable medical equipment as a local provider. Nash said there is a real need in the area for a durable medical equipment supplier of essential products, both on a retail and professional referral basis.

Nash is quoted saying, ''We find the system that works best for our customers' needs. We make the process easier which reduces cost.''

With the addition of Bond, Nash said they are confident they can continue the growth of the business for years to come. Prior to joining Patient's Pharmacy, Bond was territory representative with InSight Health Corp. and Rochester Drug Cooperative. Bond resides in Edinboro, Pa., with his wife, Karen. He is a graduate of Edinboro University with a bachelor of arts in health care administration.
