Susan Carlson and Steve Arnone of Jamestown, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Arnone, to John Dudek, the son of Paul and MaryAnn Dudek of East Aurora, N.Y. Miss Arnone is also the granddaughter of James Carlson and Paul Arnone, both of Jamestown, N.Y. Her fiance is the grandson of Stella Karpik and Anne Alves, both of Lackawanna, N.Y.
Miss Arnone is a 2009 graduate of the State University at Fredonia with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in theatrical production and design and is pursing a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in occupational therapy at the University at Buffalo. Her fiance is a 2005 graduate of Erie Community College with an associate in business and a 2008 graduate of the University at Buffalo with a Bachelor of Arts in communications. He is employed as a store manager of Wilson Farms.
An Aug. 11, 2012, wedding is planned.
