Daily fresh baked goods from Farm Fresh Foods can be found in the Fluvanna Avenue Plaza once again.
On Oct. 3, Steve Senske, Farm Fresh Foods owner, opened his new Farm Fresh Bakery Cafe, which will be serving baked goods from Farm Fresh Foods' Third Street bakery.
In July, Senske and his former business partner announced they would be splitting up the two Farm Fresh Foods locations. Senske would keep the Farm Fresh Foods name and continue to run the Third Street grocery store. Also, Senske announced that he would be opening a new business in the Fluvanna Avenue Plaza that would serve baked goods like donuts, muffins and danishes, along with subs, sandwiches, pizza, stromboli and other customer favorites.

Senske said no grand opening has been announced yet for the new store, but one will probably be held at a future date. The cafe offers daily specials, like on Monday the jumbo Italian sausage and a side dish.
''We call them jumbo because we make the largest rolls you have every seen,'' he said. ''There very well received by our customers.''
Senske said twice a day store employees will transport items from the Third Street Farm Fresh bakery to the new cafe.
''Every day at 7 a.m. we will be bringing fresh donuts, danishes and Italian bread,'' he said. ''Then around 9 a.m., we will bring the rolls, breads and specialty items. Everything is coming from the Third Street bakery.''
Senske said the business move to operate the one Farm Fresh grocery store and to open the new bakery cafe has been good for his customers.
''We appreciate all the support the community has given us,'' Senske said. ''People will be surprised when they walk-in and see what we've done, and they can enjoy some food.''
People can dine-in or carryout. Also, people can call the business to have orders prepared in advance. The cafe also has a widescreen television and a reading area with national and local newspapers and magazines.
The Farm Fresh Bakery Cafe will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sunday. For more information or to place an order, call 484-4111.
