Krista Michelle Nickerson and Chad Andrew Boyland exchanged wedding vows on Aug. 20, 2011, at Shorewood Country Club. The Honorable Stephen Cass performed the ceremony. Music was provided by DJ Xcite Sound, Jacob North.
The bride is the daughter of Doug and Deb Sterling of Sinclairville, N.Y., and the granddaughter of Dan and Dar Goede of Cassadaga.
The bride wore a Madeline Gardner white, strapless, satin, sweetheart neckline princess line gown with corset tie-back closure, chapel length train, Swarovski crystals, pearls and crystal beading covers bodice, hemline and train of dress.

Stephanie Penhollow was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Shawnna Emley, Jonnie Geiger and Lori Bort. Flower girl was Alison Stewart.
Best man was Jared Gustafson. Ushers were Kyle Nickerson, Todd Boyland and Mark Bort. Ring bearer was Gavin Penhollow.
The bride is pursuing a degree in occupational therapy at Jamestown Community College. She is employed in the emergency room at Brooks Memorial Hospital. Her husband earned an associate of applied science in criminal justice from Jamestown Community and graduated from the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Academy. He is employed as a police office by the Lakewood-Busti Police Department, Chautauqua Institution Police Department and the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Department, court division.
They are living in Cassadaga, N.Y.
