JAMESTOWN POLICE
Charles W. Gustafson, 24, of Lakewood was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a suspended registration, driving without insurance and moving from lane unsafely at 12:42 a.m. Thursday on Baker Street near Newland Avenue. According to a police report, officers saw a vehicle driving west on West Harrison Street leave its lane of traffic and hit a curb. The vehicle was then pulled over. Gustafson was taken to the Jamestown City Jail on the vehicle and traffic charges as well as an outstanding Jamestown City Court bench warrant. Gustafson was released and will be in court later.
ELLICOTT POLICE DEPARTMENT
Two juveniles were charged with fourth-degree grand larceny and second-degree burglary Saturday, Aug. 27 after police investigated a burglary at a village of Falconer residence.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
HANOVER - Susan Harmon, 50, Silver Creek, was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, .18 percent blood alcohol content or higher and unsafe lane change after a 9:59 p.m. accident Thursday on Holmes Road. Police report seeing a vehicle stuck in a ditch. An investigation led to the arrest.
