Robert and Sheila Niles of Jamestown, N.Y., celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary on Aug. 13, 2011, with the renewal of their vows at Kiantone Congregational Church and a formal dinner at the Morton Club. The renewal of vows was performed by the Rev. Melvin McGinnis. Music was provided by Isiah Norland, organist. Blaydon F. Niles, son of the couple, served as honor attendant and ring bearer and also hosted the dinner. They are also the parents of the late Austin D. Niles. They have one grandson, Jayden James Elifritz.
Niles and the former Sheila Bargy were married Aug. 9, 1986, in the Ross Mills Church of God, Ross Mills, N.Y. The Rev. Bessie Olson performed the ceremony.
Niles is employed by Agristar of Cassadaga, N.Y. They are members of the Sons of Veterans - Ira Lou AMVETS in Jamestown, N.Y.
