Universal Unity Of Spirit Hosts Programs
CASSADAGA -The Universal Unity of Spirit will sponsor two special programs this weekend featuring Dr. Rom Weber, international lecturer and spiritualist medium. On Sunday, she will be guest speaker at 1:30 p.m., immediately following the healing service. Refreshments and fellowship will follow. Dr. Weber also will present a class 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday at the church located at 89 N. AOC Slates Sunday Mt. Jewett Bike Ride

CLMC Meeting Slated For Monday
A meeting of the Inter-Municipal Committee of the Chautauqua Lake Management Commission will be held on Monday at 5 p.m., in the third floor conference room of the Chautauqua County IDA building located at 200 Harrison St., Jamestown. The purpose of the meeting is to collectively execute the Chautauqua Lake Watershed Compact. County Executive Greg Edwards and a representative from each of the 14 municipalities within the Chautauqua Lake Watershed have been invited attend. The compact states that the County and the 14 municipalities will work together on a voluntary and cooperative basis to achieve common goals and objectives outlined in The Chautauqua Lake Watershed Management Plan, and to assume primary responsibility for implementing the recommendations of therein that pertain to municipal functions and operations.

To Hold Q&A Session
The Ashville Volunteer Fire Department is sponsoring a question-and-answer session about the proposed fire station in Ashville on Sunday at 3 p.m. at the fire station on Stow Road. North Harmony taxpayers and residents of the Ashville fire district are encouraged to attend. Officers of the department will be present and willing to answer any questions and listen to any concerns you may have. Walk/Run/Bike Event Set For Sept. 18
MAYVILLE - The Community Harvest Walk/Run/Bike event, benefiting the Ashville and Mayville Food Pantries, will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18, in St. Mary of Lourdes Church hall, Mayville, behind the church.
