Jessica Fischer announces the engagement of her friend, Vicky Lynn Willibey, the daughter of Yvonne and Larry Brumagin of Cattaraugus, N.Y., to Ronald Matter Jr., the son of Ronald Sr. and Fannie Matter of Cassadaga, N.Y.
Miss Willibey is employed as an LPN/manager for Dr. Erika Connor. Her fiance is employed by the town of Stockton.
A Nov. 11, 2011, wedding is planned.
