Jessica Sue Gizowski and Bob Papadakis exchanged wedding vows on June 18, 2011, at St. Mary of Lourdes Catholic Church, Mayville, N.Y. Father Todd Remick performed the ceremony. Music was provided by Molly Vine, soloist and organist. Communion was offered by Margaret Borowczyk and Ann Gizowski, both grandmothers of the bride. Readings were by Mary and Natalie Pietro, cousins of the bride. The bride was escorted by her father.
The bride is the daughter of Alex and Carol Gizowski of Forestville, N.Y. Her husband is the son of Gus and Karin Papadakis of Binghamton, N.Y.
The bride wore a strapless silky taffeta gown with a sweetheart neckline and a cathedral train.

Rebecca Uhlendorff, sister of the bride, was matron of honor. Bridesmaids were Amy Kirst and Syrmo Napolitano, sister of the groom.
Best man was Bryce Currier. Groomsmen were Alex Gizowski Jr., brother of the bride, and Steven Napolitano, brother-in-law of the groom. Ring bearer was Ryder Uhlendorff, nephew of the bride, accomanied by Ryan Uhlendorff, brother-in-law of bride.
The bride is a graduate of Forestville High School. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the State University at Fredonia and a master's degree in social work from SUNY Buffalo. She is employed as a medical social worker at the Erie County Medical Center. Her husband is a graduate of Pine Bush High School and earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. He is employed as a software developer at Frontier Science in Amherst, N.Y.
They honeymooned in Greece.
They are living in Williamsville, N.Y.
