Ron and Becky Dewey of Falconer, N.Y., announce the engagement of their daughter, Liberty "Libby'' Ann, to John M. Seaman, the son of Bill and Diane Seaman of New Carlisle, Ohio.
Miss Dewey is a graduate of Falconer High School, Falconer, N.Y., earned her Bachelor of Arts in business from Ashland University and her Master in Business Adminstration from The Ohio State University. She is employed by Cardinal Health in Columbus, Ohio, as a senior strategic sourcing manager. Her fiance is a graduate of Northwestern High School in Springfield, Ohio, and earned his Bachelor of Science in welding engineering from The Ohio State University. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, serving aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln. He is employed by Edison Welding Institute in Columbus, Ohio, as a welding engineer.
