SOUTHERN TIER DRUG TASK FORCE
SALAMANCA - Brandon L. Warmley, 29, Buffalo, was charged with third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance and third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after turning himself into Salamanca police Wednesday. Police report there were warrants issued for his arrest in connection with an illegal narcotic drug sales investigation at 34 Summit St., Salamanca. Police previously executed a search warrant at the address. The investigation continues with more arrests possible.
CATTARAUGUS COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
RANDOLPH - A 17-year-old male was charged at 9 p.m. Tuesday at 356 Main St. with unlawful possession of marijuana, and a 16-year-old male was charged with fourth-degree criminal sale of marijuana.
CHAUTAUQUA COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
HANOVER - Melinda Kellogg, 24, Stockton, was charged at 9:41 p.m. Thursday with aggravated driving while intoxicated, .18 percent blood alcohol content or higher, failing to keep right and leaving the scene of a property damage accident. Police report Kellogg and another were allegedly walking down the road away from an accident when it was determined she was allegedly the operator of a vehicle that went off the road and damaged some grape rows. She is to answer the charge at a later date.
MAYVILLE -Edgar A. Heston, 64, 6347 Elm Flats Road, Mayville, was charged with driving while intoxicated and no seatbelt at 6:10 p.m. Thursday on Elm Street. Police report they stopped the vehicle he was driving when he was allegedly not wearing a seatbelt when investigation showed he was allegedly intoxicated. He is to answer the charge at a later date.
CHAUTAUQUA - Clifford C. Latta Jr., 37, Mayville, was charged with first-degree criminal contempt after being arrested at 11:30 a.m. Friday on a warrant. He was taken to Chautauqua County Jail.
JAMSTOWN POLICE DEPARTMENT
Jamestown Police are looking for information pertaining to the larceny of a Giant-Trance Mountain Bike valued at $2,500, which was taken from the Jamestown Cycle Shop, 10 W. Harrison St., March 28 or March 29. The blue and silver bike was located just inside the entrance doors on a bike rack. Anyone with information is asked to contact police at 483-7537 or 483-7531.
