Jeffrey S. Fellinger of 58 E. Seventh St., Dunkirk, was charged with having an unattended vehicle and third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation in the town of Dunkirk. The name was incorrectly submitted to The Post-Journal as Jeffrey S. Eppinger and appeared in The Sunday Post-Journal.
