FALCONER - Brigetta Overcash, chair of the W.C.A. Foundation board, and Karl Sisson, WCA Hospital director of development, recently accepted $2,085 from Angelo Pollino, proceeds from the recent Angels Among Us benefit.
The gift, along with individual gifts, creates the Judy Pollino Memorial Cancer Care Fund with the W.C.A. Foundation. The Pollino family conducted the benefit recently at the Falconer Rod & Gun Club, a benefit in tribute to their deceased mother, Judy Pollino.
"We cannot thank the community enough for coming alongside the Pollino family to make this inaugural event such a success," Pollino said. "On behalf of my family, I wish to thank the many businesses who generously contributed to this important cause and all those who attended."
