George ''Bud'' and Deanna Black celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family trip to Pittsburgh, Pa., and gathering at the Fairmount Hotel on Aug. 8 and 9, 2010. They are the parents of Dan and Beth Hocking, Tim and Michelle Black, and Robert Black. They also have four grandchildren: Kyle and Kacey Hocking, and Emma and Walker Black.
Black and the former Deanna Sue Dallas were married Aug. 27, 1960, at Our Lady Of Lourdes Roman Catholic Church, Bemus Point.
They were the owners and operators of the former Regal Lumber Co.
