Delores J. Keith, 74, of 31 Tower St., died at 6:46 p.m. Monday (Aug. 23, 2010), in WCA Hospital.
She was born June 19, 1936, in Jamestown, the daughter of Charles E. and Marie Bowen Chapman.
A former member of the Zion Tabernacle, she had been employed as a nurse's aide at Heritage Park Rehab and Skilled Nursing. In earlier years, she had been nurse's aide at the former Jamestown Nursing Home.
She loved babies and kids and pets, and also enjoyed puzzle books and gospel music.
Surviving are three daughters: Jeanne M. Johnson, Judith A. Eaton, and Katharine M. Vezina, all of Jamestown; two sons: Michael A. and Mark H. Bull, both of Jamestown; eight grandchildren, including Delores Myers of Jamestown, whom she raised; 10 great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carolyn Strom of Jamestown.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Richard E. Keith; two brothers: Donald and Harold Chapman; a sister, Jane Louise Chapman; and her first husband, Harold R. Bull.
A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at the home of her granddaughter, 122 Livingston Ave.
