Audrey M. Peelman, 75, of 2724 Donelson Road, died Monday, July 26, 2010, in WCA Hospital.
A native of North Girard, Pa., she was born Dec. 19, 2010, a daughter of Frederick and Lillian Hubbell-Anderson Bailey.
Prior to her retirement in 1998, she was employed by Crawford Furniture for 20 years as an inspector.
She was a member of the Red Hat Society and a former president of Herman Kent Post 777 American Legion Auxiliary.
She loved spending time and caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Surviving are children: Sharon (Ross) Foti, with whom she made her home and Timothy Peelman of St. Petersburg, Fla.;grandchildren: Trisha Jewell, Michelle Sims, Kyle Foti, Karlee Foti, Susan?Lyndsley, Aaron Peelman, Shauna Peelman, Heather Peelman, Courtney Whitcher, Jeremy Peelman, Jenny Jeslin and Justin Peelman; and great-grandchildren; and a sister, Carol Jones of Sacramento, Calif.
She was preceded in death by her husband Merle Peelman, whom she married June 28, 1952, and who died Jan, 11, 1989; two: sons Lawrence and Richard Peelman; grandchildren: Carla and Jeffery Peelman; a sister, Ailene Kloph; and a brother, Wayne Bailey.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday in the Lind Funeral Home. The Rev. John L. Kuhlmann will officiate.
Burial will be in Sunset Hill Cemetery.
Visitation will not be observed.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Busti Volunteer Fire Department or WCA Hospital Dialysis Unit.
